Human Middleware Index

Most back-office roles are part judgment, part hand-off: reading a request, keying it into a system, chasing an approval, checking the result. This index tracks how much of that hand-off work a shipped AI agent can already take end to end, one task family at a time, with the evidence behind every number. The assessment needs JavaScript.
